A developer who won a state redevelopment grant to build the HACC Midtown Trade and Technology Center in 2007 put the building up for sale last week for $18.5 million. Meanwhile, the same developer, Greenworks Development, put the brakes on a broader redevelopment proposal in the same area known as Education Row. The proposal aimed to provide a daycare and preschool, a kindergarten through 12th grade public cyber charter school and college education all within a stone's throw along North Third Street.
