NEW ORLEANS (AP) Loyola University New Orleans says its business students will work with engineers at NASA's Stennis Space Center to market a new technology patent. A news release says five students in a new master's-degree course will choose a patent from a portfolio offered by Stennis. Over four months, they'll work with NASA engineers to develop a business plan and get it to the market. The program will be taught by professors Rob Lalka and Jon Atkinson. The partnership is part of a NASA program called Technology Transfer University. It seeks to engage business students to use NASA intellectual property and spur economic development and growth.
