The new fellows are Julio Colomba, Raymond Nhan, and Caleb R. Trotter. The trio, all recent law school graduates, are working in PLF's National Headquarters in Sacramento. Julio Colomba is a graduate of George Mason University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2013.
